Filter by values from outer list region

Hello,
I am creating a report where I am using a list region to create report pages
with a few tables and graphs on each page. The dataset for the list region
contains categories of the values i want do display in the tables and
charts. The tables and charts have their own datasets, which all should be
filtered based on the category from the list region. Which changes from page
to page.
My problem is that I don't see how the inner tables and charts can be
filtered by the value of the list region?

From your descriptions, I understood that you would like to create Report
Pages dynamically. However, I am not very sure about what you want the
pages depend on, is it possible for your to generate some database sample
scripts and send a sample RDL files to me. Would you please share me more
detailed about the whole process? I would love to reproduce it on my side,
which I believe, will make us closer and quicker to the resolution.

Filling a select box ...

...on an asp page with data from a sql server db. Can anyone give me a thumbnail as to how to do that?
I can collect the field data but I want to fill the select drop-down on page load.

My current reports are too large for printing but good for viewing. Can I set some parameters to fill reports in single page by width?

Are you asking if you can have a report dynamically shrink so it always fits on a single page? If so, the answer is no.

You can set the page height or width in the Report Properties dialog box.

Fill factor for ever increasing clustered index

Fillfactoe specifies how full each page should be. 70 means 70%
full, 100 means 100% full. The only special case is 0, which means the leaf
level is full, but there is room for one or two rows per page in the upper
levels of the index tree.

has to do with what else are you going to do with the table besides INSERTs.

index. It would be pointless to always keep a page 70% full for example as
you are inserting new rows. If a page splits approximately half of the rows
stay on the existing page and half on the new page.
